Join us at the Essroc Center on December 12th to celebrate our 25th Anniversary!
On Saturday December 12th, the PECMHA Executive is putting together a day of celebration to recognize PECMHA's 25th Anniversary season as an amalgamated association. It was the 1990-91 season that the Picton Minor Hockey Association and Wellington Minor Hockey Association came together and joined forces to become what we are today. As an Executive, we thought it was important to spend a day to celebrating this.
Please spread the word to your family, friends and the community to come out and celebrate with us. The schedule for the day is listed below with lots of great minor hockey games. The County of Prince Edward is having canteen specials to join in on our celebration. PECMHA will also be having raffle draws throughout the day for the current kids enrolled with minor hockey. This is going to be a very positive day to celebrate our Association's history.
The Executive would also like to put together a "throwback display" with pictures, etc in the lobby. There are plenty of current parents within the Association that were players over the past 25 years and we would like to have pictures, etc to make a fun exhibit for that day. Pictures of the old Picton and Wellington rinks, old jerseys, teams, players, etc.
