On-Line Registration now open and In-Person Registration Dates Announced.

Registration for the 2016/17 Prince Edward County Minor hockey season is now open.  The PECMHA Executive has provided you with two options to register your child for the upcoming hockey season.

Option # 1 – On-Line Registration

The On-Line Registration through the Hockey Canada portal is ready for you to proceed.  Please click on the link below or through the webpage (under Registration tab) to get the season started.  If your child is new to Prince Edward County Minor Hockey, please don’t register on-line.  We ask that you come to one of the In-Person Registration dates listed below.  This would include new families that have moved to the area, children being registered for the Initiation program or any child new to hockey in any division.  Only method of payment through on-line process is with a credit card.

Option # 2 – In-Person Registration

In-Person dates are listed below for you to come and register your child for the first time with Prince Edward County Minor Hockey or if you are an existing member and prefer the In-Person registration method.  Please bring a completed registration form (file attached below),  proof of address, and a birth certificate for your child is MANDATORY for new members.  Methods of payment would be cash or cheque.  If you need to pay with a credit card, your child’s information will be uploaded on line by the Registrar and you will then be contacted to proceed with Option # 1’s payment method.

*Please note, if your child intends to participate in Representative tryouts, your tryout fees and the mandatory Powerskating / Goalie Clinic will be incorporated into your total registration cost.  Due to the changes this year with the mandatory Representative Powerskating cost, there will be a payment plan option to select if desired at time of checkout.  Your credit card will be debited the base registration cost at time of check out and the remainder of your fees will be debited from your credit card on November 1st.  If your child isn’t selected for a Representative team (BB or AE), then the Powerskating portion of your fees will be refunded.

One parent from each family new to Minor Hockey must participate in the mandatory “Respect in Sport” on line training session.  There is a small fee associated with this training, but it’s a OMHA mandatory component for your son/daughter to participate in the Initiation, Tyke, HouseLeague/Local League or Representative programs.  See the link below.
