Submitted By OMHA Contact on Sun 03 25, 18
Permission to Skate Forms (PTS) are required for AAA tryouts and Non Resident Player (NRP) Passports are required for all AA and A tryouts.

If you child is planning on trying out for "AAA" Novice and above in Quinte they require a permission to skate form from your home association.

If your child (Peewee and above) is planning on trying out for "AA" in Belleville or "A" in Quinte West they require a Non Resident Player Passport. OMHA Regulation 3.5c applies.

These forms will be available on 2 dates: Wednesday April 4, 2018 from 7 to 8pm and Tuesday April 10, 2018 from 7 to 8pm at the PECMHA Office in the Wellington ESSROC Arena. In addition to the form your child must also be pre-registered with PECMHA prior to all tryouts (** this will be done by PECMHA when you pickup your forms **).
