AAA Permission to Skate and AA/A Non Resident Player Passports

Permission to Skate Forms (PTS) are required for AAA tryouts and Non Resident Player (NRP) Passports are required for all AA and A tryouts.

If you child is planning on trying out for "AAA" Novice and above in Quinte they require a permission to skate form from your home association. 

PTS Forms are available upon request by emailing Becky Carter at [email protected]


If your child (Peewee and above) is planning on trying out for "AA" in Belleville or "A" in Quinte West they require a Non Resident Player Passport. OMHA Regulation 3.5c applies. These forms must be filled out in person.

NRP forms will be available on Saturday, April 13 2019 from 12:30pm - 2:00pm at the Wellington Arena.
