PECMHA Filled Executive Positions
The Prince Edward County Minor Hockey Association is happy to announce the following new executive members and the change in positions for some existing members for the upcoming hockey season.
We would like to take a moment to thank all that attended the AGM on May 7. Welcome to the new members of the PECMHA executive Kristina Kelly and Justine Bucknell. Thanks to Tod Lavender for all his work for the PECMHA over the past 10 seasons. Thanks for all that you have done for Minor Hockey in Prince Edward County and know you made a difference for many young hockey players in our community.
Open positions filled at this years AGM:
Vice President: Obie VanVlack
Secretary: Kristina Kelly
Treasurer: Justine Bucknell
Ice Scheduler: John Kelly
Referee in Chief: Steve Prinzen
For 2019/20 Hockey Season the PECMHA executive has decided to create a non voting position of Jamboree Committee Chair. This volunteer will oversee the organization of our Associations Jamborees and work closely with the elected Tournament Coordinator during the planning and organizing phases of the Milk Rep Tournament as Milk will now be required to have a Jamboree aspect to include Novice Rep teams. This person will also be a key organizer of our spring hockey programming 4 on 4 and 3 on 3. For the 2019/20 season Kristin Terpstra has stepped forward to take on the task.
