2020 Summer Training Program
Prince Edward County Minor Hockey Association is excited to Partner with Joe Davies of JDH Development to offer an 8 week Summer Training Program starting on Monday June 15th or Tuesday June 16th and Running to Monday August 3rd or Tuesday August 4th. There will be two nights available each week (Monday or Tuesday) to keep different options open for players participating in other sports. The program is strictly cardio and agility.
NO WEIGHTS as this is not appropriate for your kids currently in their development.
This program is not a social club or baby sitting, it’s meant to improve the development of your athlete.
Where: Mary St. Hill/PECI Fields/CML Snider Track (Location will change from week to week)
When: Monday or Tuesday Nights Starting June 15, 2020 and going to August 4th, 2020 6:00pm-7:00pm (Rain or Shine)
Who: This program is targeted to athletes ranging from 10 to 15 years old.
