PECMHA Virtual AGM Announcement
Submitted By Pres on Monday, August 24, 2020
The PECMHA executive have concluded that we will be hosting the 2019/20 PECMHA AGM on Wednesday September 9, 2020 at 7:00pm. We had announced earlier that it was our intentions to host an in person event however given the continued circumstances, how late things are getting in the summer, the added pressures of return to school for our athletes and families and the need to fill the open volunteer executive positions we will be hosting the Annual General Meeting online.

You will need to register for the Online Virtual AGM. We will send the link for the Virtual Meeting room to the email address you registered for the AGM with no later than 6:00pm on Wednesday, September 9, 2020. By registering that helps us to ensure the integrity of the AGM by allowing only PECMHA Voting Membership in the Virtual Meeting Space and also allow us to choose a suitable online platform for hosting the meeting.
