Hockey Development - Off-Ice Training

Joe Davies (JDH Development) Certified Hockey Development Skills Instructor and PECMHA Development Coach will be running high intensity training sessions at the CountyFit facility open to U13 players and older.

The workouts will include, weightlifting, circuit training, stretching, and endurance, specifically designed to improve performance on the ice. 

Limit of 5 athletes per session. 

COVID 19 restrictions are in place. Please bring a mask to wear until intense activity will start. Then the mask is able to be removed. 

Please bring proper indoor footwear and water. 

Parents, no parking is available so please drop off and pick up your child. 

Times will be 5:30-6:30PM and 7-8PM Tuesday and Thursdays
(start date and additional details to be announced once spots are full)

Registration is limited to 20 participants and will be based on a first come first served.  

Program will consist of 10 sessions progressing into more difficult workouts.

The cost per athlete is $250 for the 10 sessions.
