Season Payment Installments Begin Again March 1 2021
Submitted By Pres on Tue 02 23, 21
With the return of hockey in PEC we will also need to continue the installments that were being made on your account. When the Shutdown was announced in December the PECMHA executive decided to stop the payment plan withdrawals in January and February, due to the fact that we were unsure if we would be able to return to play in the 2020/21 modified hockey season. With our return, payments will begin toward your season fees on March 1, 2021.

The payment amounts will be consistent with what you saw taken from your credit card in Oct, Nov and Dec 2020.

Our hope is that we can continue to play through an extension of the season through April and May. We are working to also extend the payment plan for those 2 months amortized over April and May as well so that no member will have an outstanding balance after hockey has ended for 2020/21.

All accounts must be at $0 balance before you can register for the 2021/22 hockey season.

Just a reminder fees are based on the 2020/21 Hockey Season, not Month by Month. There is some confusion regarding this we need to make that clear. When you registered you registered for the entire hockey season. The registration total amount for the entire season is located in your Hockey Canada Registration portal. A required Installment plan was to allow for refunds not to be required in the event the season was shut down entirely and we could not return at all.

Please contact the PECMHA registrar if you have any additional questions or concerns [email protected] .
