Vaccination Requirements!
Hello Hockey Families!
As you may have already noticed there has been a change to the rules for entry into our arenas in the County...Please read below for the latest.

The County and Public Health, with the full support of PECMHA have adopted these rules to ensure continued safe access to our arenas for all participants.  The changes are as follows:

·        Anyone 12 years of age an older is required to provide government issued identification and proof of full COVID-19 vaccination each time they seek entry into a facility.  (Exemption: anyone under the age of 18 and entering the indoor premises of an indoor sports or recreation fitness facility solely of the purpose of actively participating in an organized sport.)

·        Face coverings are to be worn at all times except when doing physical activity

·        It is strongly recommended to maintain a safe physical distance when possible

·        Every person is required to self-screen and sign the contact tracing form on site as part of the entry process.

The requirement for signing the County’s contacting form removes the need for you to fill out our PECMHA on-line form going forward.  We appreciate your completing this step and adhering to the rules for entry as these will allow us to continue to provide minor hockey this year.  If you have any questions or concerns, please send them to [email protected] or [email protected].

Thanks and see you at the rink!
