Cancellation and Refund Policy (Prince Edward County Minor Hockey Association)

Cancellation and refund policy comply with Ontario Hockey Federation statement for the 2023/2024 season. 

Prince Edward County Minor Hockey Association (PECMHA) seeks to promote good will through the use of cancellation and refund practices.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

1. If a team is required to cancel for non-COVID reasons within 60 days of the start of the tournament a 30% cancellation fee will be paid; Cancellations within 30 days before are subject to a 50% forfeit fee.

2. If tournament fee is not paid in full by the agreed upon date, refund deposit will not be returned and the team’s reserved slot will no longer be available.
