New Rink Dividers Have Arrived!
Submitted By President on Mon 05 27, 19
Preparation for the 2019/20 hockey season has already begun. The new Hard Board Rink dividers were delivered to the Lehigh Arena on Friday!

Announced at this years AGM. PECMHA executive told members in attendance about the change in programming for Novice Aged players and younger. This new programming brings 1/2 ice hockey to 8 year old players for a portion of the season and then transitions those players to full ice in January.

PECMHA does still plan on Icing both a Novice Representative Team and 1 or more Novice Local League Teams. Jr Novice (formerly Tyke) and Initiation (Timbits) will continue with the 1/2 ice development programming laid out by OMHA. Because of the additional players playing 1/2 ice format we felt it was best to purchase proper hard board rink dividers. These dividers will help us to offer the best programming we can for our youngest members. Please look for these to be setup on the ice in September.
